Question:

How do you grow your own seaweed?

I imagine a tank or pond of sorts that you can create.... clean water...
and such
But how to make it grow?
any ideas?

Hi, I have been looking to grow my own Hydrilla. Mostly because I like the high mineral content, but would like to consume fresh and living. But whenever I search most of the information is about how to control or get rid of. I understand its a common exotic that is causing a lot of problems in the USA. I have looked for alternatives I could just buy from a pet food store, but very very limited information about edible aquatic plants that are also living in pet stores for aquariums.

This was supposed to debut this summer but apparently didn't get enough funding. Grow your own fresh spirulina.
