I use a centrifugal juicer for my celery juice and I store it in pint mason jars and I fill the jar to the top where it runs over and I store 2 of them in the refrigerator therefore I drink the 2nd one 48 hour after juicing and I can't tell the difference between that and the one I drink immediately. They say using a centrifugal juicer your juice will last only 24 hours which I am finding it hard to believe.

Centrifugal juicers are not as efficient for juicing greens especially fibrous greens such as celery.

The juicer needs to hard press the greens to unlock the nutrients and at the end you should get a dry pulp coming out not a wet pulp.

You cannot get a dry pulp from a centrifugal juicer, if you hard press the pulp with your hand you will notice juices coming out. So you are loosing nutrients because they are at the core of the vegetable.

Those doing serious vegetables juicing do not use a centrifugal juicers for greens. Centrifugals are ok for juicing fruits, not greens.

You need a masticating juicers, that do what your teeth do when you chew foods.

Omega and champion juicers are example of masticating juicers.
They press the greens against the blades of the juicers AT LOW SPEED like you do with your teeth,
which is different from spinning the greens AT HIGH SPEED as centrifugal do.
