Well... Juice and take algae. Those two practices alone will flood your body with an array of nutrition and phytonutrients. Heavenly Hemp-Garlic Dressing -1 cup of raw hemp seeds (the more the creamier) -1/2 cup FRESH lemon juice -1/2 cup Bragg's apple cider vinegar (can be diluted w/ water if too strong) -3-4 cloves of garlic -1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne powder -1/2+ teaspoon of sea salt or Himalayan pink salt Blend and enjoy! Coconut-Guacamole Wraps -NuCo Coconut Wraps -Guacamole (5 avocados, FRESH lemon juice until desired texture, 1/2+ tsp sea salt, 1/4+ tsp cayenne) -Red Bell Peppers, Jicama, Celery to add crunch -Broccoli Sprouts Mix ingredients in guacamole and add to wraps. Cauliflower Couscous -1 Large head of cauliflower (food processor) -1/4 cup of hemp seeds -Veggies of your choice, I like bell peppers, celery, and jicama -1/4 - 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper -1/2 tsp sea salt or pink Himalayan salt -Juice from 1 or 2 lemons (to taste) -Optional: Couple TBS of extra-virgin olive, any spices and herbs Mix ingredients in a bowl and serve. www.phytopanacea.com Re: Can Fruits
