No, we're saying, "Do not make the Police State as we knew it a few months ago, worse than it already was. Do not take away any more of our Freedom and Liberties than has already been done for the last hundred years (since Woodrow Wilson). Do not take away our Lifestyles and Society, as imperfect as they were, and make them much worse. Meaning - Do not Create Marshall Law Do not Collapse the Economy Do not Impoverish Us Do not create a Technocratic/Fascist/Socialist/Communist/Authoritarian/Totalitarian Government Because if you think that after the Collapse we're heading toward Utopia/Paradise instead of becoming a Sh*thole World, you are a True Believer in a Benevolent Government.
