LA is the most draconian I think. Gavin Newsom is out of control. I guess he's competing with Cuomo to lose as much money for his state as possible to get that Federal Bailout Jackpot to pay the Unfunded Public Pensions (which are a whole other scam). "California's largest public pensions have significant unfunded liabilities. The largest funds at CalPERS and CalSTRS have reported gaps of more than $138.9 billion and $107.3 billion, respectively, between their estimated obligations to retirees and the current value of their assets."
