Anyone in a courtroom or other public area of the courthouse is required to wear a face covering or mask over their nose and mouth. Children under 3 are exempt from the requirement, the order states.

Individuals with disabilities may seek an exemption under the American Disabilities Act or California Rules of Court. To seek accommodations, individuals should file a written request to the clerk's office by visiting www.ventura.courts.ca.gov/ada.html.


"To reduce the risk of contagion, the matters of individuals exempted from wearing a mask may be scheduled when fewer people are present to reduce the risk of transmission of the virus," the order states.



no governor or judge has the authority to mandate that.

Along those lines, Common Law has been replaced with Maritime Law and this all goes back to the Law of the Flag. You see, if you’re from Spain, for example, and you’re taking goods out to be sold around the World, you fly a Spanish Flag on your ship, which notifies everybody by Law of the Flag that you come on to this ship you better Obey the Laws of Spain because now you’re on Spain’s property and the Captain, he can do anything he wants. He can make up the rules as he goes. The same thing applies to Foreign Embassies by the Principle of “Four Cornering” - we have the same concept - the building with 4 Corners and a Flag that designates the Laws of that property. You go into a Foreign Embassy as soon as you step on their property; your Rights as an American citizen are gone - you have to Obey their Laws. Same thing when you go on a ship.

Now the same thing applies in Courtrooms and that’s how they’re getting to us now. What they did, they started in all the Buildings and Courtrooms in 1959, all the Flags have been replaced with a Flag with a Yellow or Gold Fringe around it. That is no longer our Flag. You go into a Courtroom right now - you’re stepping on into Foreign property and you’re under the jurisdiction of that Military World because now you’re under Martial Law under the Rule of that Flag. You’re Not even in a US Court anymore. These are the things we’ve got to change immediately. We got to get rid of all of these Yellow or Gold Fringe Flags - #1. That’s in all of our Courtrooms - we got to get rid of that.

This started way back in 1852 when these crafty lawyers started changing things trying to take away our Common Law Rights and then, making us apply to Maritime Law. We’re on the Land - we're Not on the Sea. But that’s what they’ve done - they’ve Tricked us because we don’t know any better - we don’t know that when we step into a Courtroom now, it’s just like stepping into an Embassy - it’s a different Flag and we got to Obey those Rules and now the Judge can do anything they want just like the Captain of a ship. 5:25 MM

I see your point and I'm sure they wouldn't abuse this, especially if it might bring unwanted attention to it for something frivolous. But what they are rolling out now in the form of a New Paradigm for Governance is not frivolous and it would not surprise me if they would see this as opportunity to make someone an example.

I wonder how many lawyers and judges are even aware of this and I wonder how many lawyers and judges are Fabian Lawyers and Fabian Judges, which I'm sure are aware of this.

We have mask mandates around here but there are exemptions which have been using however I was denied service at two places so I've gotten a lawyer and I may be filing lawsuits

A friend of ours printed this out for me to show in case anyone tells me I have to wear a mask when I'm out at a public establishment. I don't know where they got it from.

Because when I looked it up online I got this - Fake Mask Exemption -

Is this legit, by any chance? I was just going to say, "I have a medical condition." and that's it if anybody asks me. But then I thought that piece of paper was cool to show.





Although whoever printed it out made a mistake - After 'Section 12101' should be a close parenthesis instead of a comma - lol

It's true and I showed something similar to a store that I went in and she didn't care so now I need to call the police today when I go back or file a lawsuit so it may be helpful or may not depending on who you show it to also look for any local ordinances with the exemptions and show that to them.


I also went to Police station and she said yes we will support Ada if we need to go to a place of business and educate

Wow, you're amazing, Fresh! That you would go to such lengths. Brave. I'm going out to Whole Foods and a couple other places today, so I'll see what happens.

I went back to the thrift store the one that told me I had to wear a mask one of them told me I have to wear a mask again and I said well there are medical exemptions and she ignored me and said I had to wear a mask for the second time..and I said if you bother me I'm going to call the police and they didn't bother me and allowed me to buy something.

I went to Walmart and Walmart is the only place that instead of saying Masks are required like all the other stores that lie, it says Masks are required plus exemptions so someone asked if I had a mask at the door and then didnt bother me after that.

Yes, places like Walmart, Home Depot, 7-ll, rest stops when traveling have less mask-breathers.

I went to four food places today. I forgot to take the printed thing in with me to the first three. At the first one, there was a woman without a mask standing in the entranceway area and I said, "Oh, you're not wearing a mask." She said, "I can't go in because I don't have a mask." I didn't feel like getting into it with her, like I could have said, "Neither do I, let's go in together." Or just start talking about how wearing a mask is stupidity. I was the only one in that store without mask, but got no attention.

Second health food store, I didn't wear a mask, was the only one without a mask, and nobody said anything to me or gave me any looks, nothing.

Then a small specialty food store, there was a sign on the door saying, "Please wear a mask." First time I had seen a sign asking politely like that, so I just felt like I wanted to comply since they put it that way. So I did.

Next Whole Foods, only person without a mask, like I usually am there, except when I was going through check-out I saw a guy who came in and was looking around with no mask on. Didn't get any attention, except for one guy did a double-take and watched me for a while. He was a bit overweight, so I knew he wasn't a liberal, because all the liberal guys who shop at Whole Foods are skinny neat looking guys with those wire-framed glasses on, so I bet this guy wasn't a true believer, but just going along to get along. It's funny when a couple of masked people are talking to each other and their voices are muffled and they're saying, "What?" every so often - lol

It was 92 in Virginia today - we're just getting into the 90s for the first time now, so I would think people would start getting sick of wearing a hot mask. But it's a heavily liberal area and most people are all in on this farce.

I went grocery shopping today for the first time since they Mandated this INSANITY and the same thing that happened to Jennifer happened to me - no one paid me any attention and there was only one other guy without a Mask.

Yes, isn't that great, John! We dared to go shopping without wearing a mask in 90 degree heat and didn't encounter resistance from the petty dictators and Karens. It's a triumph, all right.

While 'the other side' - who are rooting for criminals who are rioting, looting, destroying property, attacking and killing white people and cops - are wishing us dead.

The Handmaids ain't got nothing on us.

Actually, we have three groups who are our enemies:

We have the stupid Sky-is-Falling/Sheeple/Statists, the mask-breathers, vaccine-lovers, holier-than-thou righteous sanctimonious True Believers looking with disdain at we Corona Skeptics.

Then we have the Criminal/Thugs ANTIFA/BLM anarchists who are trying to blow up America or at least turn it into a Marxist/Socialist/Communist Country overnight and kill the Conservatives.

Then we have the 'they', whoever they are, who has orchestrated this whole Plandemic.



I've used that eye popping smiley more in the last four months of this nightmare than I did in the last twenty years.
