That's a good question that I heard someone pose on one of the talk shows, but I don't remember the answer. Probably the Democrats could overturn any Executive Order of the Republicans, but when Trump tried to overturn Obama's Unconstitutional DACA Executive Order, the Supreme Court said he could not.

Thanks for the reminder that it's The Sun that's responsible for Global Warming
- which was changed to "Climate Change" when it was realized that we're not getting 'warmer' after all.
