Are Raw Cashews 'Bad'?

I'm trying to be 100% Raw, but have always struggled with keeping my weight on. So I'm eating a lot of 'dense' food. Like the top of my pyramid would be:

Figs
Dates
Bananas
Mangos
Coconuts
Cashews
Nut and Seed Butters
Avocados

(Raw Goat Milk)

**********

But regarding Raw Cashews - I make puddings, sauces, soups, etc. with them. My daughter who's into things like Oxylates, Nightshades, Lectins, etc., said they have - this is where I'm not technical or scientific - some toxic substance on them that causes those who farm them or shell them, to have their hands raw sore and with a rash or something, so they're not a healthy food for us to eat.

Is that true that cashews aren't a good food for us?
