There is no question in my mind that nn is one of the sickest people I have ever encountered in my 66 years of living and I have encountered a lot of sick people.

Here's a snippet from my 300 page file on Psychopaths and you'll notice that you can put a check mark by each of these basic Characteristics for nn and that says a lot because very few Psychopaths will express all of these Characteristics.
