The Fully Vaccinated Don't Have to Wear Masks or Social Distance

With certain qualifications, of course ...

Fully Vaccinated People Can Stop Wearing Face Masks and End Physical Distancing in Most Settings, CDC Says

People who have been fully vaccinated should still follow precautions in doctor’s offices, airports and nursing homes, the agency

People who are fully vaccinated against the Covid-19 virus don’t need to wear face masks when walking, hiking, biking, running alone or gathering in small groups outside, federal health officials said, taking a major step to ease pandemic guidance while encouraging more people to get shots.

The same applies to conducting those forms of exercise with household members, dining at restaurants outside and to small outdoor gatherings that include some unvaccinated people, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said Tuesday.

Yet vaccinated people should still wear masks in public settings indoors and outdoors where there is a substantial risk of Covid-19 transmission, such as concerts, sporting events and other crowded gatherings, the CDC said.

The fully vaccinated should wear masks at indoor gatherings with unvaccinated people, visits to a barber, hair salon, shopping mall, museum, movie theater or crowded house of worship. Vaccinated people should also wear masks if singing in an indoor chorus, the CDC said.

The new guidelines are the latest easing restrictions for vaccinated people. They follow mounting scientific evidence indicating the risk of infection is low outdoors, especially among people who are vaccinated. The risk of Covid-19 transmission by vaccinated people is low, evidence shows.

Maybe it's time for this part of The Plan - It's time to spread Whatever The Vaccinated are Shedding to the Unvaccinated so we can get sick or die, too.

lol - here's Tucker Carlson talking about how 'the other side' - the Mask Lovers - are going nuts because everybody doesn't have to wear a mask now. And specifically because 'the unvaccinated' will go without a mask and pose a danger to others and nobody will really know which people are unvaccinated.

And those CDC F*cks said that school children should still wear a mask for another year! Child abuse pure and simple angry smiley

CDC mask guidelines for schools to remain for rest of school year

Many students can't get vaccinated and are still vulnerable, the agency said.

[abcnews.go.com]

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is recommending schools keep to the current COVID-19 guidelines, including mask-wearing and distancing, for the remainder of the school year as most students aren't fully vaccinated.

The agency provided the update on May 15 to clear up any confusion by the public following its announcement Thursday that vaccinated Americans can go maskless both indoors and outdoors.

The CDC noted that coronavirus vaccines are only available for people over the age of 12, leaving millions of school-age children unprotected from the virus.

"Systems and policy adjustments may be required for schools to change mask requirements for students and staff while continuing to ensure the safety of unvaccinated populations," the agency said in its recommendation.

As of Sunday, more than 123 million Americans over the age of 12 are fully vaccinated, according to CDC data. That represents roughly 44% of the American population over 12, the CDC said.

Although the agency's guidance permits vaccinated Americans to go maskless, several states haven't lifted their mask mandates, and officials are urging Americans to get their shots as soon as they can.

What the hell!

Here in Virginia, Northam lifted the mask mandate, but an establishment can still ask for Proof of Vaccination to anyone entering without a mask!

And the headline says he won't mandate Vaccine Passports. I call that the same thing - asking for proof of vaccination and requiring a Vaccine Passport angry smiley

Virginia lifts mask mandate to match CDC guidance, Northam rules out state vaccine passports

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) – Gov. Ralph Northam updated Virginia’s mask mandate to align with new federal guidance, allowing fully vaccinated people to go without a face covering in most settings starting on Saturday.

Businesses will still have the authority to require their employees and customers to wear masks. They can also ask for proof of people’s vaccination status before entry, according to Northam’s Spokesperson Alena Yarmosky. However, Yarmosky said the Adminstration is officialy ruling out statewide vaccine passports.

Yes, that's got to be against the law.

Locally I'm good, though. Harris Teeter supermarket chain isn't lifting their mask mandate, but my local Harris Teeter said it's a choice, that no employees will say anything to anyone who doesn't wear a mask. And Whole Foods isn't lifting their mask mandate, but my local Whole Foods said it's a choice if you want to wear one or not.

Last summer at my farmers market there were only three vendors - where in other years there was like 15 - and we had to wear masks even though it was outdoors. So I never went back. I just went Saturday and there were plenty of vendors and we didn't have to wear masks anymore. It'll be interesting to see how many sheeple are still wearing their masks in Whole Foods.

The other side is worried that there'll be people walking around without a mask who aren't really vaccinated and they won't know who is and isn't vaccinated. And we anti-vaxxers won't know if the people wearing a mask are wearing it because they're unvaccinated or because they're vaccinated Mask believers. Not that we care about all the dumb*ass people.

Although if you believe in shedding, you need to stay away from the unmasked people. The dynamics have changed.

This is good - not sure if other Republican states are following suit or not -

BREAKING: Texas Governor Chooses Freedom, Bars Mask Mandates in Schools, All Government Entities

[thefederalistpapers.org]

Texas Governor Greg Abbott on Tuesday ordered all government entities in the state, including school districts, to lift mask mandates by week’s end, though existing guidelines for face-coverings in schools may remain in effect through June 4.

Abbott’s executive order puts Texas at odds with the latest guidance from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommending that students in schools across the United States wear masks for the 2020-2021 academic year because not all will be inoculated against the coronavirus.

“We can continue to mitigate COVID-19 while defending Texans’ liberty to choose whether or not they mask up,” he said in a statement announcing the executive order.

Public school districts are given more time to comply, but after June 4, “no student, teacher, parent or other staff member of visitor can be required to wear a mask while on campus,” his announcement said.

Texas lifted its state-imposed mask mandate 10 weeks ago but sued officials in Austin, the state’s capital city, for refusing to go along with the lifting of those restrictions.

Abbott said that beginning Friday, local governments or officials that attempt to impose a mask mandate or other restriction in defiance of his latest executive order barring compulsory face-coverings would be subject to a $1,000 fine.

I just saw this on the Liberty Counsel website -

Employers Face Liability by Requiring COVID Shots

[lc.org]

May 14, 2021

The new guidance from the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) states that employers could be held liable if they mandate employees to take COVID-19 injections as a condition of employment and then they experience adverse reactions.

Under a “Frequently Asked Questions” section of OSHA’s website it states: “If you require your employees to be vaccinated as a condition of employment (i.e., for work-related reasons), then any adverse reaction to the COVID-19 vaccine is work-related. The adverse reaction is recordable if it is a new case under 29 CFR 1904.6 and meets one or more of the general recording criteria in 29 CFR 1904.7.”

Recording requirements of serious work-related injuries and illness may leave employers with worker’s compensation claims and impact their safety record.

To avoid potential liability, employers should not require employees to receive any COVID shot.

Some employers are now offering financial incentives, opportunities to win prizes, or paid time off to receive the COVID shots. Employees who chose not to receive the “voluntary” injection and therefore miss an opportunity to receive a prize could argue they suffered “repercussions” for their choice. In addition, the “professional advancement” of an unvaccinated employee who is not permitted to work at a particular job site may be affected. However, OSHA’s new guidance does not address these specific situations.

None of the COVID shots are approved or licensed by the FDA. They come under the Emergency Use Authorization, which means they cannot be forced or required.

On March 27, 2020, the Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary declared that circumstances exist justifying the authorization of emergency use (EUA) of drugs and biological products for COVID-19. That means people must be told the risks and benefits, and they have the right to decline a medication that is not fully licensed. The same section of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act that authorizes the FDA to grant EUA also requires the secretary of Health and Human Services to “ensure that individuals to whom the product is administered are informed … of the option to accept or refuse administration of the product.”

In addition to this federal law, the FDA includes the Nuremberg Code and the Helsinki Declaration on its website, emphasizing the fact that people cannot be forced to take experimental drugs without their full consent. Learn more at LC.org/Vaccine.

Liberty Counsel Founder and Chairman Mat Staver said, “Forcing employees to receive one of these experimental COVID injections is a violation of federal law. The COVID injections are not licensed by the FDA and are still in the investigation and experimental phase. No employer or government may force or coerce anyone to take these injections. Federal law requires full informed consent. Employers that require employees to take a COVID shot may be held liable for adverse reactions and death.”
