Last day of freedom for us in NSW. They Premier has wet herself and now officially let the Police Commissioner run the state so it's officially a Police state now. From tomorrow on we have to wear masks once you step out of the house. Only another month or two till we get to 70 or 80 per cent vaccination rates and then... who knows what implications it will have for me. Yesterday we had 2 people in their 80's and one in the 90's and they made a song and dance about it, and one their 80's was double vaxed, but he had '' underlying issues ''. The big question is, what can be done? in the US almost 50% of the population have guns. Maybe now is the time they should stand up to the tyranny that's going on. If millions of people go out armed to defend their freedom what can the Gov't do? Will the Police and Army start shooting at people and getting shot back at. Isn't that why you have the right to bear arms, or is it to go to Africa and shoot lions from a 4 wheel drive or shoot innocent elephants for a trophy? Sitting in front of computers being keyboard warriors doesn't help one bit - it's all hot air. You can post as many articles and videos as you like but it has helped zero, zylch, not one bit. Why isn't there an armed revolt in the US? You have the guns and the people? We're into month 3 now of lockdown. Re: LOL

Date: August 22, 2021 12:08PM Just read the latest news re the mask mandate. Unless you're in the 12 red zone LGAs you don't have to wear a mask if you're walking by yourself or with someone in your household or not near people or shops because walking is considered exercise. Of course things keep changing so I won't be holding my breadth. I wear masks near and in shops and on public transport so it's now not an issue for me - if it stays that way. Re: LOL
