Lottery For Vax

New York, Maryland, Ohio, DC and other states already have the vaccine lottery so it's not his brainchild. And We the Taxpayers are paying for it - not to mention the Blue states that ran their debt into the ground all got huge bailouts as soon as Biden got fraudulently elected president. And if I was into the whole vaccine thing, it does make a difference on what percentage only got one vaccine as opposed to those who are 'fully vaccinated', so that 70% of Californians being vaccinated maker would be insignificant.

However, I think maybe about 60% of the US population may be fully vaccinated by now
