Fauci Expects ‘Flood’ of COVID Vaccine Mandates After FDA Approval

Biden administration COVID-19 adviser Dr. Anthony Fauci said over the weekend that he hopes CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus vaccines will be fully approved by federal drug regulators in “the next few weeks,” noting in another interview that he believes a “flood” of vaccine mandates will be handed down after that.

With full Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approval, it’s likely that more institutions and businesses will begin to issue vaccine mandates. Currently, vaccines made by Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson are being distributed under FDA emergency use authorization.

Speaking on NBC on Aug. 8, Fauci, also the head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, said that he hopes that “it will be within the next few weeks” and “within the month of August.”

If the FDA approves the vaccine, Fauci said, he believes it will drive more Americans to be vaccinated. On Aug. 7, he told USA Today that he expects numerous vaccine-related mandates will be implemented by private entities after they receive FDA approval.

“Organizations, enterprises, universities, colleges that have been reluctant to mandate at the local level will feel much more confident,” he said. “They can say, ‘If you want to come to this college or this university, you’ve got to get vaccinated. If you want to work in this plant, you have to get vaccinated. If you want to work in this enterprise, you’ve got to get vaccinated. If you want to work in this hospital, you’ve got to get vaccinated.'”

In the USA Today interview, Fauci also suggested that more lockdowns will be needed.

Last week, Fauci said in an interview that vaccinated people carry about the same amount of the Delta variant as unvaccinated people.

“When you look at the level of virus in the nasopharynx of people who are vaccinated who get breakthrough infections, it’s really quite high and equivalent to the level of virus in the nasopharynx of unvaccinated people who get infected,” Fauci said during a CBS News segment.

But on Aug. 8, Fauci said he believes the COVID-19 vaccines perform well against the Delta variant, although mainly in protecting an individual from “severe disease.”

“If you give the virus the chance to continue to change, you’re leading to a vulnerability that we might get a worse variant and then that will impact not only the unvaccinated, that will impact the vaccinated because that variant could evade the protection of the vaccine,” Fauci said.

Fauci’s comments come as President Joe Biden’s administration is weighing what levers it can pull to encourage more unvaccinated Americans to receive the vaccine.

Biden recently approved rules requiring federal workers to provide proof of vaccination or face regular testing, mask mandates, and travel restrictions. Biden is also awaiting a formal recommendation from Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin on potentially requiring U.S. troops to be vaccinated.

According to Johns Hopkins data, about 35 million confirmed COVID-19 cases were reported across the country as of Aug. 7.

There is one possible / probable Solution - the Hope of the side ( in America anyway ).

During the last year of Obamas Presidency Supreme Court Justice Scalia died and Obama tried to replace him with a leftist judge, but the Republicans had control of the senate and wouldn't approve him waiting till after the next election.

When Trump was elected he immediately appointed a right wing Conservative judge, and during his term in office he appointed a further 2 Conservative justices so now the Conservatives have a notional 6 - 3 majority, but in reality it's 5 1/2 - 3 1/2 as Chief Justice Roberts is a swinging judge, but the Conservatives always have a 5 -4 majority - if they vote as one.

During the first pandemic wave a few cases were brought to the Supreme Court by religious institutions which had been closed down by councils ( New York was one ) but the Supreme Court Conservative majority overruled on Religious freedom as other institutions were allowed to remain open - provided they maintained social distancing requirements, etc.

I'm surprised that proceedings haven't already been instituted with regards to vaccine mandates ( but for all I know things may have started ). It will probably go through several courts and end up in the Supreme court.


Along the way it would depend on which appeals courts hears the specific cases in those areas on whether the mandates are halted or allowed to go on till it reaches the Supreme Court.

Anyone of you in the US have more info than me? This is the only way it can be stopped, otherwise no jab - no job. It's alright to sit here and wax lyrical about not getting vaccinated but there are young people and middle aged people in the real world who need jobs and income.

Sadly Trump appointed Three RINO Supreme Court Justices. Kavanaugh and Amy Barrett are the worst. Of course, we knew when we first checked out Kavanaugh's credentials that he was a RINO, clerked under Kennedy, another RINO, and wrote the Obamacare get-out-of-jail card regarding calling Obamacare a 'Tax' that enabled it to become the law of the land and not since have the RINOs in Congress had the balls to get rid of it. (And yet we fought for him to the death when the Libs were doing their best usual Lying Evil to destroy him because that's what we - meaning Conservatives - do) Amy Barrett we also knew was questionable and I had posted about it on here previous to her getting confirmed. Everybody should have known that a FEMALE would have Lib tendencies. Gorsuch has done some dirty deeds to us also, including at the beginning of his tenure, he voted with the Libs to enable Illegal Aliens to remain in the US. Mark Levin covered it thoroughly at the time.

Roberts screwed us over on Obamacare and people think it's because Obama had something on him, so God Obama (funny how all the Plandemic/gain of function research, etc., all happened under Obama ...) owns Roberts.

So in reality we have no majority because the FOUR RINOs take turns voting with the Libs on the Supreme Court.

(And btw, I heard lately that nowadays, some people are making out like bandits with Obamacare, which of course, as usual, ended up being another GOVERNMENT venue for fraud. Not to mention imaging the More Bureaucracy and Bigger Government - just what the - at least in the old days - so-called Conservatives are supposed to be against ...)
