Need opinions on plant powders
Posted by: fresh ()
Date: September 11, 2021 07:10PM

Since I'm on the road and I'm not juicing or blending can I get some input on Raw vegetable powders from anyone ?

Talking about just shaking in water.

Do they dissolve adequately?

are they absorbed properly without causing digestive issues

are they safe . any heavy metals?

good idea? bad idea?

don't worry about it? just eat fruit?

I dont want to eat veggies

Currently drinking a bit of veg juice pasteurized. Not ideal.

Oh my God, the forum has really gone to a downfall.

The knowledge gained over the year in raw and living food is lost.

Because we are way too busy talking about nonsense and conspiracies.

Powder? Really? You learned nothing?

This is not worth answering

Let's talk about covid, and the non vaccine.

I never ate any vegetable powders. The only powder I've eaten is Nutiva Hempseed Protein Powder.

But if I did want to eat vegetable powders, I'd eat the Garden of Life Raw organic powders -

**********

But I think I'd try just eating fruit if you can get ahold of enough good organic fruit. You could always use this time as an experiment in The Grape Diet, or Fruitarianism. I read that if you eat only fruit for three weeks, you'll heal ... whatever - I forgot the specifics. Because I know that fruit is alkalinizing and if a person can remain highly alkaline for three solid weeks ... that it's healing.

(Where I heard about the three-week alkalinity thing was in regards to cancer - a protocol of using bicarbonate of soda to alkalinize the body for three weeks)

Well how nice
Thank you for your input jennifer.

So refreshing to see the contrast between you and
grumpy condescending
old rp who apparently for the past 50 years has eaten all organic fresh food no processing at all.

Have courage and grow your greens indoor.

If you do not have that courage, do not lecture us on anything on this forum.

The seeds cost one dollar at the local food store.

Ovens are not for baking. They can be used as a dark chamber.

Powders should be thrown in the garbage.

Animals in the wild will not eat them.

Even when fresh is home, he drinks pasteurized juice.

There is so much knowledge on this forum on raw juices.

JR is a good source.

According to the manufacturer, the product is raw, since its low temp processed. Dr. Sheridan, the owner of the company is a vegan, who eats a high percentage raw food diet. Its a small company that makes the stuff, not some "vitamin company giant".. So I tend to trust it over other products. It turns out that they made me ill so i stopped drinking them. How about you stop being an asshole. Can you manage that? I doubt it. Those greens you grow and juice are unnatural. There's no juicers in nature. Haven't you learned anything? You lecturing people here?
Tell us everything you have eaten for the past 50 years. List it all here.

I dont want to eat veggies

Currently drinking a bit of veg juice pasteurized. Not ideal.

Pasteurized?

Pasteurized is worse than cooked food. It is cooked food kept in a bottle for weeks, months, years.

When rowfoodists are talking you should leave the room. You do not qualify.

Doctors are bad, hospitals are bad, but pasteurized is good????

There are juicy raw tomatoes, cantaloupe, grapes in every small store in any city you travel to.

Even plant powders are low-quality foods. The body is 75 percent organic living water, it needs food that is symbiotic with it, raw, high water content.
Powders may be used for additional minerals but not as regular food.

You have so much to learn. I guess too busy reading Jon Rappoport

Learn how to grow greens indoor. Powder is concentred, no water, not symbiotic

The greens can travel with you, you can grow sprouts in hotel rooms
I have done that many times. Take the seeds with you.

All they need is water. That will unlock the nutrients.

Another point is that if you were eating microgreens grown indoor
when you travel you can live on fruit because your body is already very healthy.
The travelling weeks are really like a cleansing time when you can live on local fruits.

The problem is not the travelling or the food.
The big problem is that you have no will, no imagination.
Your world is limited to Jon Rapport.

Hey fresh, I'm with you. If I was on the road, I'd rather have the convenience of adding water to Powdered Greens than hassle with adding water to seeds and then, waiting for them to sprout so they can then be juiced.

You really say the dumbest things.. every time you mention Jon rappoport

I am aware of the existence of sprouts

we have many choices in this world you seem to want to force Sprouts on me

I don't really like Sprouts that much

now go out of the room since you juice and it's not natural

Now answer the questions I put in the other thread

Alfafa sprouts, mung bean sprouts do not have to be juiced

They grow within a day or two

They can be added to raw tomatoes, lettuce from LOCAL FOOD STORE

Even more than that, many of the cities have health food stores

You can buy already grown sprouts at the local store.

fresh was the one if I remember who posted the thread "Nutrients are irrelevant"

They are irrelevant only for the bodies with clean digestive systems.
A clean digestive will process food efficiently and even produce its own nutrients from the living food, water, and air.

In that "Nutrients are irrelevant" thread we were told that one guy lived on
raw tomatoes the whole summer. So that can be done for a few weeks of travel

When your digestive system is clean after years on microgreens and green juices,

you can travel and live on tomatoes, grapes, and cantaloupe.

POWDER, NO

That's exactly what I said in the original thread

I've never done Powders before and I just didn't know if fruits would be enough mineral wise
And neither do you.

so that's why I asked a question it would probably be better if you don't respond to my questions

--------

You do not like veggies, you do not like sprouts
And fruits will not be enough

So the question becomes what do you like in the living food kingdom?

The question is not about me, your thread was posted months ago
We need to find an answer for you before asking me a question

You are on the road and confused, we need to help you find food.

Most of the RAW LIVING food we eat is not much about liking them.
We eat them for the benefit we will gain hours or days later.

I do not like dandelion green juice, neither spinach juice
They are bitter but I know the few minutes of discomfort will bring a big reward the next day. I will feel super healthy.

And you can wait about 30 minutes and eat fruits you like after eating these foods

The same with people on a green juice fast.
A bit of discomfort for years of good healthy living.

You are like a child who needs food to be covered with sweets.

You learned nothing from the forum.
There were great contributors in the past.
The Sproutarian Man among many including JR.
Most left and jennifer came to turn the forum into a conspiracist forum.
But the jewel, the essence of the message from the great thinkers of the forum is clear.
Raw and living food, cleansing food, symbiotic food, exercise.
It is not powder, nor pasteurized juice.

There is no confusion about my diet
I have shared my indoor microgreens images many times.

I have 3 main components in my diet

1. Microgreens
2. Microgreens
3, Microgreens

They are in my kitchen, on the lower floor
In the backyard
in my room
I have a home gym.

When I travel, if I am driving, I will take my juicer with me
and put some of the microgreens on the back of the car.

When I go to work, I take fruits with me.
At lunchtime, my peers will ask sometimes "that is all you are having"
Yes, that is all.

No disease, no headache, no corona.
My parents were not guilty of anything

Finally!

But you didnt answer the questions. Why not?

When was the last time you had dried or cooked food?

With all your criticisms why do you do something like juicing? Its not synchronistic! Unnatural!

With all your bashing of fruits/sugar why do you eat fruit?

Whats your age.. height ..weight?

Why do you lie and not include fruit in your list of diet components?

Why do you lie and misrepresent other people all the time?

Why do you have such a problem with allowing people to be different from you?

Why do you believe in corona but cant provide evidence that it exists?

I never asked if pasteurized juice is healthy. Clearly you are unable to read

Plant powder was referenced in a context of pros and cons.

Everything is black and white to your simple mind and yet you refuse to acknowledge the cons of what you do nor are you transparent about it.

I am not confused.

John answered my question without drama. Too hard for you. And now youve gotten little sensitive nunativs upset worrying about "fighting"
