Plant powders have no water, animals in the wild would not eat it.

According to the manufacturer, the product is raw, since its low temp processed. Dr. Sheridan, the owner of the company is a vegan, who eats a high percentage raw food diet. Its a small company that makes the stuff, not some "vitamin company giant".. So I tend to trust it over other products. As a veteran of the forum, you do not know what food you can eat when you travel.

And at home, the diet is blended lettuce.

My diet is microgreens and fruits.

I grow the microgreens.

For fruits, I buy the fruits that are in season.

Now it's apples, tomatoes, and pomegranates.

When I travel, I buy fruits in the local store.

If I can drive, I take some microgreens with me.

They will keep growing in the car, in the hotel parking lot.

No powder. I do not need it.
