Raw Organic Garlic Granules?

Date: March 06, 2023 06:03PM Hey guys, been a long time. I was wondering if anyone knows of a good source in the USA for Untreated Raw Organic Garlic Granules? Most of the stuff I see is pretty good but I worry that some of them are heat treated and just don't say so on the label. Does anyone know the laws on that because I looked it up and the info is not easy to find. Re: Raw Organic Garlic Granules?

Date: March 17, 2024 03:21AM I guess you could buy a whole bunch of garlic (better still, grow it if you have the resources), put it through your garlic crushing device (they are really neat little tools) and slowly dry them either in a dehydrator or in the oven at a low temperature; but a lot of the newer ovens don't go low enough. I sure love the older stoves! Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
