It is a great leap from drinking coffee, cokes, and other SAD drinks but there are many flaws about his morning drink.

1. Too many ingredients in the drink
2. Mixing citrus fruits with green juice
3. Three or more days in the fridge? too long. Drink it within the hour

Lou Corona's videos prove that we can have a healthy, long lifestyle on a raw and living food diet.

His smoothies and raw meals are very well done and enticing but that raises many issues.

1. The ingredients he uses, like garlic, pepper, ginger and other spices, are not food in themselves, as defined by Doug Graham. You cannot make a meal out of them. You have to hide what they are by adding sweeteners. You cannot make a meal out of ginger.
If the body will reject them why does adding sweeteners make the body accept them?

2. The raw meals he makes require expensive tools like high-speed blenders. Most people do not have the means or time for such meals.

3. Lou Corona proves why raw and living food lifestyles are not popular. Most people abandon that lifestyle because it is not a grab-and-eat eating approach. You can make a raw meal that will last for days like cake, pizza or fried rice,

4. If you want to be on the raw food lifestyle for a long time, you may need to go the Doug Graham route and eat mainly fruits, a grab-and-eat approach.

Fred Bisci has it right.
Simple, no overeating
Mainly fruits, some raw juices, nuts and veggies
We should enjoy the natural food in our environment without necessarily blending it with other sweeteners, and prepare the meal in 5 to 10 minutes.
