I've heard oil pulling works.

Eat more citrus. I notice that in the winter, when I'm eating a lot of navels and satsumas, my teeth get much brighter.

I have been using a mix 1/2 sea salt and 1/2 baking soda for some time.
you may be able to goggle it. It was a retired woman dentist who said it would heal up receding gum lines. All i can say about that is that "it works".

i allso from time to time use a cap full of hydrogen peroxide in 2oz of water
and brush it around with the tooth brush. I dont use it often as if used daily it will make your teeth sensitive, very sensitive. My teeth became white, however i make a cup of tea, green of course. Tea stains teeth. Apparently your body makes a amount of hydrogen peroxide. DONT SWALLOW IT.

some yrs ago i seen a show on t.v. of a group of people who live in central africa.
there teeth were perfect and as white as snow. They were either goat herders or sheep no sure. It always impressed me how happy they were. The biggest most beautiful smiles.
They helped set me on a road to health as when i see that diet is the secret
for health and white teeth. I will always remember them.

p.s.
they were nomadic with there goats moving them to eat grasses. Once a yr
they traveled too a old volcano a 3 day journey and sacrificed there best goat
so that the volcano would not blow up. It has worked for 10,000 yrs for them.
I always have marveled at how close and easy happiness is. Showed me white teeth, health and happness is a choice we make daily.

Is it possible that the hydrogen peroxide could bleach off your taste buds?

Uncle Harry's Tooth Powder. That's all I'm gonna say. Their recipe contains natural chalk and I teeth whitened right up after about three months. The nice thing is that it happened so gradually that I didn't realize it. One day a friend of mine asked me what products I was using to get my teeth so white. Tee hee hee. I told her my secret was tooth powder.
