Cramps

I've had this problem for a long time on cooked and still on raw. I get this cramp usually in my right leg. I'm not even sure how to explain it or if it's a cramp but it's painful. It's not so bad, I can walk around do every day stuff and I can ignore it. Stretching helps for the time being, but as soon as I stop stretching the pain comes back. Usually it'll last like all day or half a day and then be gone. I get them like every 2-3 months or so...?

I was wondering if anyone has a similar situation or if anyone knew from what it could be...! Mineral deficiency...?

Help!

A potassium deficiency can cause cramps. How many bananas a day do you eat?

Yeah so I've heard! I didn't eat really any, maybe 1 per week if that. Now I try and eat 1-2 per day.
