vitamin e in almond milk

Can someone give me an approximation of how much vitamin E would be in 8 fl. oz. of almond milk made by blending 1 cup soaked almonds with 3 cups water, then straining out the solid matter?

Thanks.

You'll need a scale to measure this accurately. Weigh the almonds before making the milk, then subtract the weight of the "discarded" solid matter after making the milk. Then use this net weight to determine E content.

There are about 25 mg of vitamin E in 100 g of almonds. So if you net 80 g of almonds in your milk you get about 20 mg of vitamin E.

BUT it might not last very long once it's in a solution with a lot of water. Even if you refrigerate it.
