high fruit dehydrated food nuts, avo's I jsut read the long post about 811 - I have the book - it makes a lot of sence to me -I have supplements as well....lot of $$! I am interested to know the philosophy and thinking behind the garden diet - I assume Storm has no University paper to validate his theories...BUT just look at him!! Look at that whole family! Sometimes a persons passion and self directed learning goes above a beyond a degree... Please tell me about the garden diet..and what about the orange juice fast they talk about?
