Dear lord allmighty!! That is AMAZING. Will you keep us updated about the aftermaths of the fast? As in the next few months. I am particularly interested in how much of the weight you regain and how fast.

And I agree with you about dogmatic people. Dogmatic people piss me off and make me dogmatic in my anti-dogmatism. Ugh.
