Raw Food Bars

Date: February 13, 2007 07:36PM I am new to eating raw foods - does someone have advice on raw food bars? I have found a bar, but am not sure how "raw" it is - www.biochem-fitness.com.

Date: April 13, 2007 12:52AM hmm ok heres one buy spirulina, buy maca, buy dates, and wwatever else u wunna throw in there, almond butter, gojis, banana, raisins, raw cocoa nibs for crunch, agave, or honey dehydrate it and vwa la, (still dunno how 2 spell that) lol
oo and maybe sum coconut oil if u can do that oooh flax for omega,, im getting hungry Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
