80% carbohydrates, 10% protein, 10% fat?
Or if you need it in calories, work out the percentages based on the total amount of calories you want in your daily diet.

i gram fat = 9 calories
1 gram protein = 4 calories.
1 gram carbohydrate = 4 calories.

If you are planning on 2000 calorie diet, eat 1600 calories carb, 200 calories protein, and 200 calories fat. Or in other words, 400 grams of carb, 50 grams of protein, and 22 grams of fat.

Probably most raw vegans do not eat 2000 calories per day, though! That's quite a few calories!

I eat 2000 to 3500 calories per day.

It works out at 50% carbs, 40% fat and 10% protein.

Cheers,
Ian.
