1 gram protein = 4 calories. 1 gram carbohydrate = 4 calories. If you are planning on 2000 calorie diet, eat 1600 calories carb, 200 calories protein, and 200 calories fat. Or in other words, 400 grams of carb, 50 grams of protein, and 22 grams of fat. Probably most raw vegans do not eat 2000 calories per day, though! That's quite a few calories!
