My Living Nutrition Books Arrived Today!

Date: March 11, 2007 12:15AM "Garden of Eden Raw Fruit and Vegetable Recipes" and "Your Natural Diet: Alive Raw Foods" arrived, and I've been devouring them-- which is a funny word to use, being that I'm on the 4th day of a water fast.
I counted almost 300 recipes-- they look wonderful, and should be a real help to any of us who are getting a little bored with our present raw food diets. "Your Natural Diet" looks really great too, and there are a lot of interesting recipes at the back. Sharrhan:
