Date: March 17, 2007 10:00PM This is a great thread!
Gosia, I know those grapes you are talking about. Here in the States they are called muscadines and they are dark purple and come into season at the end of the summer. I love 'em, too, and when I see them available I get so excited. Wow. They are super sweet and "minerally" and I can live on them! They are way better than a grape Nehi! Ha, ha. Yesterday I ate: 1:00 pm 1 pineapple 3:00 pm several glasses orange juice 5:00 pm bit of tomato juice w/lemon 6:00 pm 1 honeydew melon 7:00 pm 6 bananas 9:00 pm 2 cups date syrup (dates "melted" in water) Today I have eaten so far: 1:00 pm 2 glasses pineapple juice 3:00 pm 8 honey tangerines 5:00 pm 6 honey tangerines When I get home late tonight I'll have some more tangerines! Love, Julie Re: High-fruit low-fat research trial!!!

Date: March 18, 2007 01:10AM Been travelin’ the last couple of days, most of this I ate either on a bus or in a open cafeteria or like Whole Foods (their produce isn’t as great as I remembered), haha. Anyone have a hard time eating high-fruit on the run?
WED 10:00 11 bananas 3:30 – 12 blood oranges, 2 huge tomatoes, 2 cucumbers (got a few looks eating this one) 6:30 small salad, .75 lb dates THURS 12:00 3 ½ lbs black grapes 6:00 16 oz all-greens juice from a health food store 7:30 – 1 package of celery hearts, 1 small mix salad .75 lbs dates FRI 12:00 2 ½ lbs black grapes 3:00 10 bananas (got trapped on a bus in a snowstorm from 1-9pm and the only thing I had in my house was… 9:00 2 red apples, 4 bananas, 1 pretty sad cucumber, and 1+ ounces of sesame and sunflower seeds SAT I went bazooka today on lunch. Don’t know if this was an emotional hangover from being TRAPPED the whole day before or its because I did a mega-workout of over 200 hindu pushups as the first HALF of my routine. Usually it is just the mangos 8 med yellow mangos 2 bananas 1.5 lbs dates with 8 huge ribs of celery 7:45 1 ½ lbs of dandelion and kale juiced with 2 green apples 8:30 1 cucumbers, 2 lbs tomatoes, the rest of the stalk of celery, 1/3 bunch romaine, 1 med avo Re: High-fruit low-fat research trial!!!

Date: March 18, 2007 09:48PM I agree Julie, these grapes are nutritionally superior to other varietes. To me they taste very gourmet too. Mono-eating can be gourmet ha ha!
Audrey, love to see you here! Day 4 (18 March): peaches, strawberries, zuccini noodles on a bed of mixed baby greens, with cherrie tomatoes, tomatoe sauce made from blended tomatoes, and tahini, had a taste of two strawberries one dipped in carob and another in chocolate sauce (I made them, along with the cinnamon rolls for today's meditation at our house), black Muscatel grapes, bananas Fat intake: less than 2 teaspoons of coconut butter, 1 tablespoon of tahini. Observations: my weight today is 49 kg (but I am not doing it for the weight loss, I am happy with my weight, simply wanted to record it for comparison), in the morning I definitely experienced some cleansing (sinking bms), and had a restless night (should not have tried that chocolate-dipped strawberry, I won't buy raw chocolate ever again, it's highly toxic, why should I poison my friends?) My son Odys recorded the first part of the documentary (proud name for a home movie he he) about my experiment. Hopefully, I will be able to make it work. Date: March 18, 2007 10:14PM Dear Gosia,
I love the way you are so honest. And I agree completely with your reasoning: Chocolate is toxic, so why poison my friends? Love it! I feel the same way. . . Love, Julie Re: High-fruit low-fat research trial!!!

black Muscatel grapes, Gala apples, bananas, three lettuce wraps with sprouted beans, tomatoes and avocado, peaches. Fat intake: my overt fats today - 1/3 avocado. Oh dear, I was told that both Luke and Julia had a disturbed sleep after having those chocolate-dipped strawberries. I through out the reminder to the bin (I don't want even our worms have that), and the unfinished packet of raw chocolate to the bin as well. Yuck.
