3-i love the process of fixing some of this stuff.the raw un cook books have nabbed my attention.
4-it has helped my health alot-no high blood pressure and no diabetic medication and no lipitor and no pain killers for arthritis.
5-i like spreading the healing message that u can take your health in your own hands

Hi taylor

Thoese are great reasons.
I'm also diabetic (type 2) since 1-19-2007. I been 100%raw for 2 weeks. I still get a little light headed but I don't want to stop doing raw I'm afaird to stop taking my meds. I also have arthritis.
The first time I did 100%raw I had a natural high (never did drugs) I just felt like I was walking on clouds my body felt so light. I had so much energy I could even out jump my then 11 year old.I was able to out run her also.I never had energy like that. She would say mom you are eating too much of that raw food you just have too much energy. My brain felt like someone had open it up and took out all the cobb webs. So I would love to have that feeling again. I want to say I'll stay 100%raw. I hope I'm not pushing it to much. I've been out of work since June I just want to be able to get up and walk without a cain. Walk up the stair without help.I just remember my chest pain doesn't hurt as much. I went to the hospital because I wanted to make sure I wasn't having a heart attack I wasn't.

I have a green smoothie with banana's every day and i have raw nuts. Now I have to think of other thing to eat.

What helps me to stay raw?

Reading posts on this forum.
Noting how horrible I feel when I eat cooked unhealthy foods.

I'm frankly scared to go back to eating the old way. Eating raw still has it's challenges for me but the alternative is fatigue, days filled with anxiety and depression and being stiff and sore constantly.

Sharlla

I use to love cooking but fore some reason I don't have that love anymore. Trust me my family doesn't care for that. But this way I'm making sure they eat more RAW FIRST then they can it there cooked food. By that time there more full on raw items. I'm going to share with my daughter how animals are slaughter for food I think that will help.

Are you eating any greens with your fruit?

Maybe you are going too fast and your body is not used to it.

Sweet ripe fruit is the most delicious food on the planet to correctly pure taste buds. . .

PLUS

I look and feel amazing. . .

AND

I now have a healthy and correct fear of all cooked and processed food because of the nightmarish misery it caused me.

Hi, I'm new to the forum today. I'm on my second week raw. I think I might be eating too much or not the right combinations. I got on the scale this morning and gained 3 pounds! Talk about discouraged. I need to lose about 80lbs. The first week I lost 6lbs, but that might be just all water.

This week I feel really tired and very unmotivated. I'm having headaches. I'm losing patience. I've had lots of bowel movements which is really great. Ive been constipated most of my life.

I had an ACL reconstruction on my knee last year and this extra weight is making the pain so much worse. I also have arthritis in my OTHER foot! I'm practicing yoga 30 minutes a day and that seems to be helping with the pain.

I tend to eat a lot of nuts, seeds and dry fruit at night. Im a big night eater which is probably terrible for me. I love to cook and Im preparing separate meals for my family, but not tempted to eat them! Yay!

Also, I haven't been able to give up my morning coffee. I take medication for bipolar disorder.

Anyway, the windup is...I need help and advice! I've heard that food combinations are key. Can someone share this secret with me?

Thanks for listening,
Angelissima

No more headaches, clear sinuses, more energy, clear skin, better sleep, and the number one thing that helps me stay raw......

The horrible feeling I get when I don't eat raw!
