Could someone please explain the 80/10/10 approach in dummy terms to me? I looked for explanations online and found none that said what it is exactley. 80% what? 10%? 10%?

80% or more calories from carbs,
10% or less calories from protein,
10% or less calories from fat.

Basically, high-fruit, low-fat + tons of tender young leafy greens. smiling smiley

I just recieved my copy of his book like two weeks ago. I have no idea why I waited so long to get it. I haven't been so inspired by a nutritional book in a LONG time.
