Okay, so I'm not quite a teen (I'm 22) but I sure don't feel any older than 18 in some ways! I used to be on the raw teen forum and was also disappointed with the lack of activity on there. Nice to know there are some others around my age on here.

i'm a raw teen! i saw that forum but it does seem so dead...otherwise i'd be all over it! i need raw food friends

ahhh enchantress...i am 22 just turned last month well 2 months ago...and i still don't feel old either..i think of myself as a teen still hahah....and sometimes i just want to meet some friends that are my age and raw......that know what i am going through..i mean the people on here are AMAZING and supportive..but sometimes they dont' understand the social aspect so much you know what i am saying>>>
anyways where are you from living....why did you go raw..how long have youb een raw ect..haha

Hey earthangel! I turned 22 in January...almost the same time as you!

I live in Vancouver, BC. I started transitioning to raw about a year ago, and it's been slow and steady since then - sometimes more raw, sometimes less (right now I eat Manna bread and sunflower seed butter because the bread makes me feel good and I'm allergic to nuts and sesame and can't find raw sun seed butter). I don't know why exactly I went raw; I thinnk part of it had to do with the influence of tonya kay (raw foodist dancer and gypsy - tonyakay.com, check her out!) and a friend of mine who is raw. I admired the clearness of their eyes and, consequently (or so I thought) the clearness with which they envisioned their life's path. I later found out that raw does not necessarily equal clarity and peace of mind...but that's another story! Raw makes me feel good, and I'd love to have some support in keeping it up!

So how about you (and the rest of you teens)? What's your story?

They used to have a forum here for teens, but guess they didn't keep it after the big crash. Maybe you could ask for them to bring it back?

you should check your junk mail folder
and maybe sign up with a different email address cuz maybe the @rawfoods thing is the problem

it's actually not like gymnastics at all...like we do acrobatics of course, but also juggling, unicycle, trampoline, tightwire, trapeze and other aerials...things like that. and the focus is the artistic performance, not the technical prowess, if that makes sense...

yay so many teens are joining the forum
now we won't be bored any more!

hmm i emailed the admin of the site and she didn't respond back..hmm weird...i checked but i don't have anything in my spam folder either...so i don't know haha i tried signing up with my yahoo account but that didn't work either...i think it doesn't want to let me in cuz i am 22 haha....
