raw food certification - where can I get such a thing?

Date: April 06, 2007 04:04PM Hello All,
I have a friend who is very interested in obtaining Raw Food Certification. She found a place on the web in Kittery, ME. Can anyone respond about any such type of certification, and if other folks offer this? It seems odd that only one place in the U.S. would have this. She wants to be able to teach this to others, and wants to learn it thru and thru from the most knowledgeable teachers (or masters) there are. I think it's a great idea, perhaps in the future nutritionists in hospitals will be able to advice patients on raw foods, and we know the health fields are "certificate-happy". Thank you so much for any info you may have. Vivian Re: raw food certification - where can I get such a thing?
