Date: April 14, 2007 10:43PM I'm now reading an excellent book on fermentation called wild fermentation by Sandor Katz. Covers the whole spectrum across cultures. Giving me many good ideas.

Date: April 15, 2007 12:06AM I was looking at that book's comments on Amazon. Is it wiccan or does the guy give religious discussions? Also I read that it is kind of crass. Is that true? Re: a good book on fermentation
