What are the nutrients of wheatgrass?

Date: April 22, 2007 08:55AM like the specific amounts in a specific serving size? I searched Google but only came up with vague-ness and sites trying to sell their products.

Date: April 23, 2007 05:19AM I recomend diluted sea water or the equivalent made with celtic sea salt.
Dan Jansen's wheat grass grown this way had 92 elements in it, by lab testing. Normally only around 60 or so. Grass must have a lot in it for so many animals to just be eating it alone. Date: April 23, 2007 11:48AM What fertilizer?.....I agree with elnatural about the sea water, but I like to take it one step farther. I use the carrot tops and tails from carrot juicing, plus 1 Tbsp. of a Calcium Bentonite Clay for trace minerals, along with the sea water. I add enough water to make 64 ozs. and blend it all into a Liquid. My Wheatgrass loves it and provides me with nice Dark-Green blades of grass......WY Re: What are the nutrients of wheatgrass?
