Date: April 25, 2007 12:18AM In the past ( my past life as vegetarian), I have observed that I would crave sweets after meals when I would not have had enough of densier, ''proteinic'' food ( beans, cheese, etc.). Lately, doing the 811 trial, I realized that I do the same now. I want to,and I do, indulge in raisins, fresh dates and the likes after diner. Basically, I want to avoid too much fat - and stay below 10% - so i try to restrain my nuts and seeds intake therefore eating dates....
Well, to be honest, I'm not sure if I'm doing a healthy move. Same pattern, same results? right now I'm on the 12 weeks trial, day 8 any suggestions, advices, even good thoughts are welcome... just wandering if I'm detoxing doubts ( ha, ha) thanks for everything, Cynthia Re: cravings
