are sun teas considered raw or not?

Ok, if a person can find sun dried tea leaves and then make sun tea from them would this be considered raw or not?

I like yerba tea with the peal of a fresh lemon or lime in it, no sweeteners except the occasional stevia.

I'll give it up if needed but just curious.

Thanks.

Sounds pretty raw to me! Many raw fooders (myself included) drink herbal teas made with hot/boiling water (and many others don't). I don't personally feel this has a negative affect on my body.

Fud,

I agree with Rob. I couldn't respond properly because I'm not 100% raw and I use boiling water. I admire your level of commitment to your health.

Good luck.
