breaking fast
Posted by: cynthia ()

Hi everyone,

I have been fasting for a few days(8 days, so little more than a week). Now trying to break the fast, I realize that every thing I put in my mouth is giving me a strange acidic after-taste. Not nice at all. So far, I tried a few tablespoons of fresh orange juice than, two hours later, a tiny piece of watermelon. Same reaction sad smiley

Any advices?

Thanks for your precious help!!!!

Cynthia

Hi Cynthia,

When I did a 10 day water fast, I broke it with half an apple. I started to eat more gradually after that. I didn't do any juices, just the half apple.

Good luck.
