Date: May 14, 2007 08:55PM I talked to someone from a coop I found through www.naturalharvest.com and they sell organic apples @ 75 CENTS per pound and organic oranges at .60 CENTS per pound! I'm so mad I didn't find them sooner. But they said they're not getting anymore though because it's not the season anymore. And they could possibly order them but they don't know how good they will be. If I'm just buying oranges for juicing should I care if it's bruised?
I've become so addicted to drinking like 16oz of OJ first thing in the morning. I love it. lol. I tried to settle for non-organic navels..but..YUCK. It's not the same. Can you order them online from FL or something? lol Anyone from MA know anywhere with a good selection? Re: Organic oranges this time of year?

Date: May 14, 2007 09:59PM i've been wanting oranges and this week i decided i was going to get them, and go figure, 4lbs of organic was $3.49, and that was cheaper than the two for $1.19 on the non-organic. HUH?
so i got oranges. we shop Market Basket. and the organic oranges there this week was $3.49. it's not a good selection. but it's all i know. i can't wait til the 8lb bags are back in for $4. peace- Re: Organic oranges this time of year?
