Date: May 29, 2007 07:30PM hmm well lets see when i plant my transplants probably a loose handfull ..maybe equal to about 2-3 tsp per plant ? sorry i dont measure very often lol
on the plants i directly seed i just put a about a felt marker size/thick line down the row with the seeds everything seems to grow bushier/more yield then my conventional gardens from say 20 years ago when i used herbicides/pesticides/chemical fertilizers. i also use worm castings too and compost i find mineral enriched (from kelp) the veggies and fruits definitely have alot more taste for watering i use maybe 1.5-2 cups kelp powder to 5 gallons of water for a boost once or twice a week depending how hot it is and how heavy things are feedin ...Jodi, the banana eating buddhist Re: sea water
