Two years raw

Date: June 01, 2007 04:32PM Almost exactly two years (to the minute), I was eating a donut, I had a no idea when eating it that it would be the last cooked food I would eat.

How do you feel? What all is different? What were some of your challenges and how did you deal with them? I'd like to hear a little about it.
