Hi, I just started the raw foods diet 3 days ago. I was already on a very restricted diet for 3 years where I cut out sugar, soy, wheat, grains, flour, processed food, additives, and anything that was store bought. I made everything from scratch with only natural ingredients. So, this is not such a big change except for adding grains and not cooking my food. I feel REALLY REALLY bloated with lots of gas. Is this normal in the beginning. I always had a problem with raw veggies. Do you think this will pass? I really want to do this 100% really bad but I'm scared of how bad my stomach feels. I had severe ulcerative colitis which is why I started the other diet 3 years ago. I never felt better and all the stomach pains had gone away. Any advice? Thank you so much.

it would help if you gave some more details about your diet and lifestyle
and what you mean by adding grains
