Date: June 12, 2007 03:22PM Hi,
Is Raw Nori really raw (Nori Sheets)? People say the dark green ones are Raw and are edible. Is it true? or is it toxic to our bodies? Thanks Re: Is Raw Nori Edible and Raw?

Date: June 12, 2007 08:01PM This is what Shazzies store says about the Nori they stock:
[www.detoxyourworld.com] ""Though many people toast their nori, we have ours untoasted, which preserves even more of the abundant nutrients found in sea vegetables. Please note that this nori is not 100% raw. We thought it was because it's not toasted until someone alerted us! This nori is hot air dried at 80 degrees C and then roasted for about 7 seconds at 230 degrees C. """ ----- RawGuru claim there nori is raw [www.rawguru.com] Hope that helps Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
