Are dried fruits raw?

Date: June 14, 2007 04:56AM Hi Robe, dried fruits could be cooked if dehydrated at a higher temp. If you dehydrate in a low temp dehydrator or via sun or room temp, that would be considered raw. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
