I mean, anyone that can stay up all night working and playing is, well, young. raw or not. And yeah, there is some "nuttiness". The whole superhuman, superfoods and the future of the human race stuff is nutty, but mostly it's just young. I find it contagious. It's crazy ya know? like wow. khale (who is young at heart but must go to bed now) Re: If you need help with questions about going raw, check this out!

The whole superhuman, superfoods and the future of the human race stuff is nutty, but mostly it's just young. actually more like hype and shysterism (not a real word), but don't let me spoil the lovefest. Date: August 08, 2007 12:06PM Yeah Lightform, I'll take nuttiness over tight-assed, "it can never happen", materialistic, sober, "adult", joyless, cynical, jaded mockery crockery any day of the week.
I can't wait to hear what the next woohoo has to say. As for "hype" and "shysterism" (good word, fresh), I seriously doubt it. I think that David Wolfe believes every word he says. This is just a matter of discernment and everyone has their own equipment. I do think that David Wolfe is a guru for the young though. Or an older person who has been raw for some time. maybe. I think that he has some valuable things to say, but his would never be the final word for me. He's an ecstatic; he's a bright burner and I'm seeking endurance for the long-haul and a more even, tempered flame. looking forward to tonight, khale Re: If you need help with questions about going raw, check this out!

Date: August 08, 2007 10:45PM Oh yeah... and let us also keep in mind that alot of histories greatest scientists were considered nutty when they proposed thier paradigm shifting theories !!
I've heard it said from at a number of sorces that these changes happen in a predictable manner. First it is ignored, then mocked, then acknowledged but made slight and finaly accepted and treated as though it was known all along. Re: If you need help with questions about going raw, check this out!

Date: August 09, 2007 04:30AM That 3rd person thing scared the heck out of me, plus some of that codex stuff sounded a bit far fetched, how can they make growing your own fruits illegal?
that would cost local governments to much money to enforce.... F1 Re: If you need help with questions about going raw, check this out!

No disrespect for the guy because I know he means well and probably helps alot of people but his expression of character is not my style. I found it hard to maintain interest even though I understood what he was talking about. Re: If you need help with questions about going raw, check this out!

I was really going to refrain from commenting on Gabriels interview. I thought the recommendation of nano-plex B supplement and the discussion of the B12 issue to be the most valuable part. The referring to the self in the third person is just silly. Period. Enlightenment is not like that...sorry. Not that I consider myself enlighttened (see? I can't even spell it) or anything, but no, uh uh. And his description of the kundalini experience was questionable to me as well. Other than that? What a great guy! khale Re: If you need help with questions about going raw, check this out!

Date: August 10, 2007 04:40AM anaken didn't much care for Gabriel's talk. anaken usally disagress with Gabriel on many things involving the raw food diet yet still laudes his "Conscious Eating" book.
seriously...I don't see how magic mixes well with scaring people with nonsence of how the some non government organization will have the authority/reach to hunt down everyone eating an apple. or with how all the poisons in our world are destroying you, and your only hope is to eat lava dust or whatever. all produce...on the trains to the gas chamber...yeah right...potentially universialized pastuerization of many goods..and other attrocities yes...but These people are worried about their ability to essentially practice medicine and distribute refined substances and herbs as medicines. That said, I firmly believe that they DO have that right, and will do what I can to uphold that, but lets be clear on what the scare tactics are for. I'm sure he does help many people and thus deserves his time in the sun. better keep out of the arizona ozone or your ego splits in threes I guess. David Wolfe...was awesome as always. Disagree with him on tons of stuff as well of course, but he truly understands passion...and how the other stuff... ultimately doesn't matter all that much! good for him. I think I'm going to add more 'ormus' or whatever to my diet/routine as for the newbie thing...yeah i'm sure they would be very turned off by both...but DW always mentions how he's about getting the good stuff IN, and getting out of dogma and ego (rules, ideal foods/diets) etc... Date: August 10, 2007 02:16PM i liked dorit's views on dropping labels and some of her other stuff was very good..
she was on a roll ! just flowing out of her... i have trouble understanding how someone can hold such good views on spirituality and diet and then believe that breatharianism is true. or someone like david that is such a dynamic speaker and health seeker, and get into an unsupported concept such as ormus. there seems to be a need to push the envelope, or carve an identity... or something like that.. i want to hear khale, and jodi and anaken at the next summit ! Date: August 11, 2007 12:48AM Dorit...awesome. follow THAT truth.
what anaken doesn't see is how someone who believes in breatharianism believes that eating food with soil depletion is such a big issue. the proof of breatharianism is simple: if Joe French Fries can't go 2 hours without eating before feeling ill yet Susan Raw can skip breakfast and Sam Fruit N Greens can eat every other day Polly Fruit fasts four-day weekends then Xander is a breatharian. whether there are LIVING examples...or that any of us have the desire to achieve it or the capability, is up for discussion. His solid, grounded "extremism" really resonants with me and, of course, he's right about the fear that has the people of the U.S. by the throat. Even in society in general we are not to speak of the elephant in the living room or to the fact that "the emperor has no clothes". khale Re: If you need help with questions about going raw, check this out!
