Please be very careful with that raw meat eating though, seems so dangerous. Dr. Mercola is an online personality who advocates eating raw meat. He got very sick on it. Re: Carol Alt's Eating in the raw food cook

I think, when buying a book, you aren't really supposed to review it based on what you think of the author; it's about THE BOOK, not Carol Alt, as far as I can tell. Yes, she does seem to mention her omnivorousness quite a bit, but to me, that's a good sign that she mentally has justification issues and may one day take the cruel products out of her diet. Date: February 05, 2008 02:54PM I got Carol Alt's book from the library a few months ago, maybe an older addition or first book but let me tell you, I sure wasn't impressed. Instead I got some other books and when I found one I liked... I bought it. The one I bought is called: RAW FOOD REAL WORLD. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
