Thanks coco, of course I mean to start experimenting with solid foods. we did not to stop breastfeeding at all with the first tooth. I breastfeeded my children well over a year and it is for me a most cherished memory.

As for menstruating, first I think there would be a lot to say about this debilitating event in our woman life. For me, to start menstruating ( sorry I know this is not an "lady only' thread) at 13 or so is a sign that the body is getting prepared to, not that it has to, get pregnant. Very different.

Actually, even at that young age of 12 or 13, bodies are already very toxic. Otherwise, girls maybe would be menstruating only with a tiny drop of blood, (like one of my friend) or would stop all bleeding when not in love? That is happening to another friend of mine. I always thought all that bleeding was a kind of sickness anyway. Sorry.
