Wheatgrass side effect

Hello,

I just bought my first juicer this past weekend. So since Monday I started to take about 1-1.5oz of wheatgrass in the morning. It's only been 5 days and I already feel a little better, definitely not as tired in the morning. I've taken wheatgrass before but usually once in awhile, maybe once a week, never for 5 days in a row. MY questions is on Thursday I been noticed that I have had to go the the bathroom more often, #2 :-). And today, Friday, much of the same. Is this a side effect of wheatgrass in the beginning. Or do you think it is just might be something else I ate.

Thanks

Under ideal conditions you will have a bowel movement after every meal. So typically three times daily.

If you increase your wheatgrass consumption the side-effects will be more severe... you may feel nauseated and vomit, and the ppop action will definitely increase. I find if I haven't been eating so well, or I am very acidic, and I drink 2 oz of wheatgrass or more, I puke. Funny thing is, it's not the wheatgrass I puke up! It absorbs so quickly into your system that you detox very intensely.

Overall it's doing its healing job... so stick with it. I know people who have had their lives turned around because of it.
