Herbs that help or at least slow down the process are: dandelion root, dandelion leaf, kelp, horsetail/shavegrass, alfafa, and milk thistle...

I have been putting fresh dandelion weeds and spirulina in my smoothies, sea weed and alfalfa in my salads and have a marked inprovement in my skin healing (I bite the skin around my fingers.....), I wake up with new skin every morning. My hair is growing much faster and getting thicker, whereas it used to be all over my clothes on cooked food. So I would second the above advice.

blackstrap molasses seems to contain lots of iron if you don't mind the sugar.

The herb Ho Shou Wu (Polygonum Multiflorum) has been the #1 hair tonic in Chinese herbalism for 1,500 years.

Are you even losing any hair in the first place?

Chemotherapy patients don't even lose their hair unless they believe they're going to. Don't get yourself worked up over nothin'.

Hi josephsgirl,
Alot of selenium in nuts and seeds, especially Brazil nuts.
A lot of the B's in leafy greens.
B12 tricky, some disagreements about raw food sources, some say you should supplement.
