i just got a spiral slicer, so i would have to say: zucchini noodles tossed with lots of basil, garlic, diced tomatoes, and a sprinkle of pine nuts. yummmmm.

also, jicama and red peppers with mint and lemon juice.

In the frozen berry section, there's one called "Mixed Berry" in 12-16 oz. packages, which includes blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries, blended in the Vitamix with one banana and 1/2 cup water. I can't get enough of it!!

Cherimoyas. =) Young coconuts, durian, and I'm still clinging tenaciously to the pomegranates I can find at the Asian markets, the season will end soon. >.<

And when the gourmet mood struck me the other day...

4 succulent tomatoes
1/2 a small cooking onion
1/2 tsp tumeric
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp curry powder (something containing all ground spices from an Indian grocer, not the fake stuff, obviously tongue sticking out smiley)
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
juice of 1 lime
pinch of cinnamon
pinch of ginger

BLEND!

I used to work at an Indian restaurant, and I haven't touched a curry since my two months of raw, so this was a very nice and fresh treat. ^.^ I poured it over a sprouted bean mix and it was yummy, but I suspect it would be nice with zucchini noodles, too.
