Date: February 15, 2008 10:24PM The way you feel after you eat a fast food meal should be indication enough that it's not good for you.
After I eat a raw food meal I feel energized and invigorated and usually want to go get some exercise. When I used to eat fast food all I ever felt was tired and lethargic. Even when I ate that junk I knew it wasn't good for me, I was just addicted to it. Who would buy into that kind of study? I bet McDonald's funded it, hehe. Re: fast food is healthy. who knew?

ha ha... i was wondering if that was referring to the articles themselves which are abusive because they are misleading or what?? the responses? pretty funny, i think... hilarious how energy was expended to do this "research' and 2) write about it stunning!
