I have a client coming to me for reiki. He has arthritis in one of his knees. I wondered if any of you have experience of what happens to arthritis on a raw diet. Should I mention raw diets anyway? The last thing I want to do is preach or offer advice out of place - but on the other hand if it could help??? Advice and life experience about this greatly appreciated Philippa Re: Arthritis

Date: February 21, 2008 06:12PM I'm not sure if i had arthritis per se, but before going raw I did have aches and pains all over and stiffness in my joints that are now all gone. There were aches from old injuries (knees, back, shoulder, ankle) that I thought I would have to live with my whole life, but i haven't felt them for a while now.
Hope this helps a bit Aloha Nui Loa, Greg A great many people think they are thinking when they are really rearranging their prejudices. - William James There is no pill that can be swallowed, There is no guru, that can be followed, - Michael Franti (Pray For Grace) The only way to deal with an unfree world is to become so absolutely free that your very existence is an act of rebellion. - Albert Camus Re: Arthritis

-Distilled water, yoga, sunglight and other practices might also be beneficial. Just some suggestions. -David Z. Mason WWW.RawFoodFarm.com Re: Arthritis

Very rarely feel pain in my knee anymore and I can stretch like a cat now. I feel the elasticity in my joints again. My head turns this way and that now with ease and no pain. It feels so good. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
